This application is to request the rights to perform and or produce one of And Scene Publishing’s full-length plays, musicals, or one-act plays in the United States and Canada only.
No rehearsals may begin for any play or musical until you have received written permission from an authorized agent of And Scene Publishing.
To obtain licensing rights outside of the United States and Canada, please contact our office and we will get back to you promptly.
Once your application has been approved, you will receive a licensing agreement by email. If further review is needed, you will be contacted and should receive a response from one of our authorized agents as soon as the review has been completed.
All fields in the application must be completed. For productions in New York City, Chicago, and Los Angeles, further review may be needed.
This application does not guarantee permission to produce or perform the play or musical you have requested. No advertisement may begin for such production until permission has been granted by And Scene Publishing.
